Scheduling is where otherwise-functional pipelines stall. The candidate is ready. The hiring manager is not looking at their inbox. You become a human Calendly with worse uptime.

How interview scheduling works in Aptimal

1. Connect Google Calendar or Calendly from Integrations. This is a one-time connection, not a per-job ritual.
2. Move the candidate to Interview on the Kanban board, or send scheduling from the candidate record.
3. The candidate books using the calendar link. Google Meet is supported when you are on Google Calendar.
4. Open Interviews for list or calendar view of what is actually on the books.
5. After the stage change, the hiring manager can receive the briefing — strengths, concerns, resume score, assessment score, overall Aptimal score, and suggested interview questions — so the calendar hold is not empty.

Aptimal does not run video interviews and does not analyze recordings. If you need AI notetaking on the call, that is a different product. This feature is the booking and the prep.
